The following chatbot is being developed using OpenAi LLM, model gpt-3.5-turbo, with Basic DB, a vector database that runs in memory without sending the data source to an external tool. Using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) which is the process of optimizing the output of a large language model, so it references an authoritative knowledge base, the goal of this project is make this application a specialist in a rare neurological disease called CADASIL. It's being used medical articles and websites with technical and clinical data.
